1hr - Q & A Phone Call

Get personalized, one-on-one support during a 1-hour phone call with a professional doula. This call is a safe space to ask questions, talk through concerns about pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and more, and get evidence-based answers.
Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, navigating decisions during pregnancy, or looking for reassurance and guidance after birth, you’ll receive calm, informed, and compassionate support tailored specifically to you.
This option is ideal for families who want trusted guidance and peace of mind without the commitment of hiring a full service doula.
Full Package Doula Service
$1,250
My full birth support package is designed to support you from pregnancy, through birth, and into the early postpartum weeks so you never feel alone. We begin with two one-hour prenatal visits — The first focuses on connection, questions, hopes, fears, and goals. The second is more hands-on as we create your personalized birth map, practice labor positions, and explore comfort measures. You’ll also receive my 3-week “Birth with Confidence” course to help you feel prepared and empowered as you approach labor.
You’ll have unlimited text and call support throughout pregnancy and for six weeks postpartum, along with continuous hands-on birth support when you are in labor. Your doula is on call starting two weeks before your estimated due date until your baby is born. A three-hour postpartum visit is included to care for you through meal prep, light cleaning, baby care so you can rest or shower, and space to tall through postpartum recovery.
